Registration
Registration includes lodging for 5 nights (room and tax) (two residents assigned per double room), roundtrip coach airfare, tuition, meals at the course.
Registration does not include incidentals at the hotel, transportation to and from the airport, meals outside the course agenda. Applicants will be accepted on a first-come basis.
The course is limited to 20 attendees. Apply online early! You will be notified by email when your application is received. A second email will indicate whether you are accepted into the course or are waitlisted.

Travel
Academic Event Management will provide roundtrip coach airfare and will contact you to make these reservations for you.
Meals will only be provided at the course. Please do not plan to bring a spouse/guest, since we cannot accommodate these individuals at the hotel or course in compliance with the AdvaMed Code of Ethics. Please do not arrange travel and lodging on your own since you will not be reimbursed.
