Description This CME conference will provide a comprehensive update on the treatment of patients with pituitary tumors and pituitary failure. The aim is to provide endocrinologists, obstetricians, ophthalmologists, neurosurgeons, and other interested health care providers with an in-depth review of diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.
Objectives At the conclusion of this activity, the participant should be able to

- Understand medical therapy for hormonally active pituitary tumors
- Discuss hormone replacement therapy
- Identify current clinical trials for pituitary tumors and pituitary failure
- Interpret pituitary tumor histopathology
- Recognize pituitary embryology, anatomy, and neuro-imaging
- Describe neuro-ophthamology for pituitary tomors
- Recognize outcomes, complications and peri-operative management of transsphenoidal surgery
- Define indications and outcomes of radiosurgery for pituitary tumors
