Palm Beach International Airport is closest to the course venue and host hotel, the Marriott Palm Beach Gardens. (It is approximately a 10-mile cab ride.)
Directions to DePuy Synthes Institute: From I-95 or Turnpike, exit onto PGA Blvd. Proceed east to RCA Blvd. (first right east of I-95, just after Shell Station ). Continue on RCA Blvd. Pass the entrance sign for DePuy Synthes Institute and continue to Riverside Drive. Turn right at Riverside and then take the second right into the parking lot. The DePuy Synthes Institute Medical Education Center is located at 4600 Riverside Drive in the three story building.
Attire
Anatomical material will be used during the course. Disposable gowns will be available or you may bring scrubs. Protective outer garments including safety glasses must be worn at all times in the laboratory. Attire for the course dinner is business casual.
