Registrant's credit card must be on file for hotel incidentals. Flight Rebate Please book your own flight reservations. A flight rebate for travel expenses, not to exceed $500 will be redeemable post-meeting. More information will be provided to you when you complete your online meeting evaluation. In order to qualify for the rebate, meeting attendance is required. Local Airport Salt Lake City International Airport Attire: Business Casual Transportation will not be provided. Please make necessary arrangements to get from airport to hotel. SSG will pay for one room at the Chateaux Deer Valley from Thurs July 30-Sunday Aug 2, 2015. SSG will also provide a flight rebate as described above, not to exceed $500. Please book your own travel and submit your travel receipt after the meeting when you complete your online meeting evaluation. Checks to be mailed within 2 business weeks. We will make your hotel room reservations for you.
